When Savannah finds out that her once best friend, Lucas, is coming back to their town, she is extremely excited to meet him. I mean, who wouldn't be excited to meet their best friend whom you straight out rejected once? Savannah knows that things are going to be awkward between them but she didn't expect them to be that awkward. Lucas, who hasn't been around for three years, tries his best to avoid Savannah, though he knows its not going to help whatever tension they both have. Avoiding each other is the best solution but it is kind of hard to do when you have the same friend circle. But don't worry, things are going to be more juicier due to some almost kisses, mocking, insulting each other, hilarious situations, awkward moments and the list goes on. The question is; will they both warm up to each other or do they have to cuddle to do so? ~ ~ ~ Beautiful cover by @caligraephy

Camryn Moore & Jason Porter Their names are always kinda said together, in a pair, just like that. After all, they are sort of a pair; always together. But, not together together. They're best friends, and have been since they were 5 years old. However, in their junior year at Richmond High, these two are always being told to become a couple, or that they are a couple really. Everyone thinks and says so- even the teachers. Kinda sick and tired of the teasing, Camryn and Jason sort of come up with a plan. But, will their plan benefit them in the way they think it will? Or could it leave them both in an emotional mess, with only b r o k e n pieces of a friendship? Together, they find out the hardships of being friends, the kinks in their relationship, and something not noticed before, that could make it all worthwhile... Well... Kinda, Sort of. TW SELF HARM IN SOME EARLIER CHAPTERS This is a story about a boy and a girl who, despite all odds, fell in love. Yeah, I know, cliché. But this isn't a happy story with "Once upon a time" and "they lived happily ever after," because these two most certainly did not live happily ever after. You know how in every classic fairytale there's a villain of epic proportions who kidnaps or curses the girl, fights the boy, laughs maniacally at odd moments, and eventually dies? That's definitely not this story. ----------- NOTE FROM AUTHOR Hey guys, this is a story I've been working on since I was a teen. So it's a rough draft and I keep rewriting it.

[Winning book for the Wattys4 December monthly contest. Reviewed by @LDCrichton: "I forgot I was reading a contest entry this one is so good."] Which emotion is the most powerful? The optimists will say that it's love while the pessimists will argue that it's sadness. Sarah William fell into the pessimist category and not without reason. After losing the love of her life, she starts to slowly spiral into depression. So maybe, sadness really is the most powerful thing that human beings can feel. But maybe not. After crossing paths with Joey Harding, she's forced to think otherwise. Maybe the strongest emotion is the last thing that was left in Pandora's box: the little glowing ball of hope. But there's always the danger of that little light flickering unexpectedly and it could go out just as suddenly as it came, leaving everything in complete darkness.
