Hundreds of years ago a war between the underworld and the heavens took place. Where angels descended the heavens with magnificent roars of anger as the ground below revealed to naked eyes their great power, allowing nightmares to escape. All the creatures now condemned to this earth, as well as those poor human souls, who later became slaves to those with greater power. A price to pay for the mortal sins that we committed during our glory years. So many years hidden, hungry, only to be brought before my own damnation. It was in the middle of the night, that all eternity rested now. For me the nightmares had a face and a name. Queen Rhea. A beautiful deadly rose in the Garden of Eden.

| A Wattpad Featured Story | Hades was well-cast to rule over the land of the dead. But what if Hades, the fearsome monarch of the Underworld was, in fact, a goddess? Everyone called her, 'Lord of the Dead' out of mockery since she prefers the company of women. She was considered an isolated and violent immortal, who loathed change and was easily given to a slow black rage like no others. But then everything changed when the dark goddess met the daughter of Demeter, Persephone. Now the tale of Hades and Persephone will be retold with a sprinkle of twists and turns. |LGBT content. Gender-swapped. I do not own the Greek myth, which goes without saying. All characters are borrowed and the story-line is recreated for entertainment purpose only.|

Fate has promised me the shittiest ever after... Death. Fortunately, I've never been very good at accepting bullshit endings. Echo Wilde grew up with a gift she never wanted. That all comes to an abrupt stop when she finds herself torn from her life and thrown in the middle of the world she never wanted to be apart of. Navigating the Courts, she will have to find a way to survive where she is destined to die. But what if survival comes in the form of a vampire with dark eyes and an agenda; a common enemy of the Courts? #4 in Paranormal 02-22-2018 #5 in Paranormal 02-23-2018 #6 in Paranormal 03-21-2018 ⚠ Warning: Contains strong language and a crude protagonist. If you find any mistakes, please let me know. I've done the first edit, but I'm sure I've missed some stuff.

"Are you... lost?" Someone asked, her tone impatient. I stopped scanning the room to find the woman behind the voice. I blinked. She had the most luminous blue eyes I had ever seen. Even in the dim glow of the bar they glowed brightly, like her pupils were some type of smooth stone at the bottom of a clear blue ocean. Within her blue there flickered tiny speckles of silver, which gave her an icy, somewhat stony appeal. But it was her slight, lopsided smile that erased any signs of wanting to be alone. No wonder this bar was so popular. "Uh, no," I said, holding up the Help Wanted sign I had snagged from the front window. The woman's cool eyes flickered between the sign and me. She didn't say anything, only looked slightly thoughtful as slender fingers raked through her long blonde hair. "What can you do?" She finally asked, definitely not expecting me to be able to do much of anything at all. She'd be right. "Anything and everything," I answered-lied-instantly, hoping I didn't look too desperate, didn't sound too eager. To be perfectly honest, I hadn't worked a day in my life. My hands were used to weekly manicures not hard labor. But desperate times call for desperate measures. The blonde appeared thoughtful again. Those magnificent eyes gave me a once over, slow and steady. You could see the cogs turning in her head as she considered it. I decided to try and sound more convincing. "I have many skills," I added. Okay, so I stole that from Xena, but I was hoping it worked as well for me as it did for her. The blonde lifted a sculpted brow and the smile was, once again, back on her lips. She seemed amused. Maybe she was a Xena fan? "Alright... I'll start you off cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping the floors, doing the dishes..." Crap.
