I walked through the small tunnel gripping my backpack looking back constantly to make sure nobody was following me. I heard footsteps and increased my pace just wanting to get out of this place. I could see the end awaiting me, but the more I walked, the farther the end seemed to be. The footsteps behind me went faster and faster by the second echoing through the tunnel. My walking turned into jogging which turned into running but no matter how fast I went, it wasn't fast enough to escape to presence behind me.
