Working part time at the all ages Pandemonium Club in New York makes 17-year-old Cecily Burovski believe that she is loosing her mind. Sure, the owner of the club is very eccentric and has a very flamboyant-yet dangerous-air to him, and sure strange men in suits could be found lurking in the shadows of the club. That's the normal stuff. What really ticks her off are the glowing eyes of the clubbers, the mysterious teens dressed in black and covered from head to toe in swirling back tattoos...and no one else can see it. Can see them. Then one night Cecily witnesses a murder caused by these teens. But they kill the wrong person.
