This fanfic takes place in the 1920s. After their house burns down, killing their parents, Mabel and Dipper are taken care of by their Grandfather, Stanford and their great uncle, Stanley. The two brothers don't always see eye to eye and they live on the opposite sides of the country from each other, Stanley in New York and Stanford in Gravity Falls. They decide the only way to help each other out, is to split the twins up. Dipper with Stanley and Mabel with Stanford. This fanfic was inspired by tybay's artwork on deviantart! (Look at cover) I don't know how her story goes, but this is the idea she gave me when I looked through her art! You can go and see it for yourself! I AM NO LONGER CONTINUING THIS STORY!! This isn't an original idea but I can't get monster falls out of my head so I'm writing a fanfic. Though now that I think about it, I have tried to make my Monster Fall's fic as unique as possible... Let's see how that goes.

Gravity Falls fanfic! Dipper just wanted to unlock the mysteries of the town of Gravity Falls... But this time he's bitten off more than he can chew, and Mabel has gotten thrown into the mix too! Bill has tortured them for weeks, carving odd symbols into their skin. Even if they survive, will they ever find out the meaning of the scars they will bear? (This is my first fanfic so don't judge. They arrive to finish the rest of their high school career, but something pulls them back into the adventures of the Mystery Twins and the Journals.
