It is said he was there, when the Vaultdweller faced the Master and destroyed the Mutant Army. It is said he was there when the Enclave appeared from the skies. It is said he witnessed the Chosen One sail off to their formidable hideout in the Pacific. It is said he was with the Brotherhood when the Mutant Army terrorized the Wasteland. It is said he was with the New California Republic when the Enclave terrorized the Wasteland. But how can this be? Some say it's his descendants living on in his footsteps or just someone taking up the mantel. Maybe picked from his corpse but no. I've seen him. That Ranger Armor of the NCR with that Brother logo on the shoulder. In my entire life I've seen that Ranger 3 times. That same armor, that same voice. Those three times he heavily impacted my community, me. But after that third time, he disappeared. No one has seen him for years. Some say he died somewhere in the Wastes, others that they spotted him heading East. What do I think? I think he's looking for something, or more has been the whole time. But the Wasteland holds many secrets, some better left unearthed.
