The story follows the main character Elizabeth Bennet as she deals with issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education, and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of early 19th-century England. Elizabeth is the second of five daughters of a country gentleman living near the fictional town of Meryton in Hertfordshire, near London.

23 year old, Brody Sinister, a man of wealth, too self consumed in his virtual life to give a care about anything going on in reality. As his parents died at a young age, Brody has never worked a day in his life, simply living off the money that his parents will provided for him. But when he finds out he got his girlfriend pregnant, he panics and needs to find a job to support his new family. While finally deciding to take up the career of being an inventor, he teams up with a college freshman named Jamie, together the two boys begin creating the future of the world, becoming an International Idol after making pills that can enable you to become anything you want to be. But after a raging storm runs through Brody and Jamie's hometown, the lab is destroyed and the chemical mess creates a radiation that turns there world into one big, sick, virtual mind game.

Sparky, Neo, Kyra, and Nudge were all friends living happily in their city of Catology, until a strange rash of incidents changed that. Animals began disappearing mysteriously, without a trace, making Catology one of the most feared places in Wisconsin. No one knows where these animals have been going, but the four friends are determined to find out. Its up to them to fix the once safe lines that have been blurred.
