Basically, I am going to guide you about flirting with boys and whatever. Read on. What possibly could a thirteen year old 'guide' all the other more experienced girls? (Well, okay now I'm 16 but still.) Well, like I say, Read On. And probably laugh at my unexperienced guide. But you must know, I like to watch people.
