The point of writing this short piece is to spread awareness by mentioning problems or issues that aren't spoken about or paid enough attention to. As well as trying to explain a few mental health disorders that aren't spoken about enough. Mental health disorders are usually underestimated. People tend to brush it off because you can't physically see that something is wrong. In most cases, depression is only acknowledged after you kill yourself. This is just the harsh truth that everyone seems to be sugarcoating. My intentions aren't to make anyone feel bad and as if they are to blame but just to spread awareness and to help those who do have mental health disorders understand that they are not alone and that they are not less important than everyone else.

"Lana take off your hoodie" I stared at him through hooded eyes while I raised an eyebrow which he could barely notice. "Sure, I'll take my hood off" I said. I could see the excitement and shock on his face but that soon disappeared.
