She met him once upon a dream.

The Central Park Zoo was a major attraction in America. There were monkeys, giraffes, reptiles... And a wolf. A she-wolf, strong and tall, proud and determined... She was a werewolf. Trapped within the bars of a zoo, unable to escape to the calling woods, unable to run to the howls of her mate... The mighty she-wolf was closed off from her world. Forced to stay in her wolf form, the cameras preventing her from shifting back to her human form, she struggled day by day to live up to the wishes of the public. She had no option but to listen to her keepers, or they would drug her, killing both her wolf and her human form. When the local pack's school comes to the zoo to learn about other animals, they realise there was a werewolf trapped. But this she-wolf isn't just a werewolf... she was worth a lot more. The news of the trapped she-wolf spread through the pack, and eventually through the entire state. More and more people come and see the wolf at the zoo, but they can't do anything with the naked eyes of the humans watching them. All the wolves start to come together to rescue the she-wolf, and return her to her pack. However, there are questions that need to be answered. Who is she? What pack is she from? How long has she been trapped there? Who is her mate? "When will you accept me?'' Lucian murmured against my skin. The wonderful feeling only grew as he stepped closer, the thick muscles between our layers of clothing pressing against my back. He dipped his head. I could feel his lips against my ear when he spoke. "When, Victoria? I am tired of fighting with you. I know you want me just as much as I want you. Admit it." I couldn't. "Admit it, Victoria!'' Lucian's voice went deep when he raised it. Goosebumps prickled my entire body as he whirled me around so that we were face-to-face. I exhaled softly, hating the dominant position he had over me. Lucian wretched my chin up. His eyes were burning with a lustful smolder. "No." Oh, I would definitely get myself killed tonight. I knew my defiance was angering him further but saying I wanted Lucian would mean I was accepting defeat. And I didn't do that. Love was a game and I was determined to win it.

"You are worthless. I can't believe I have taken it easy on you all these years. Your so weak I am just done with you!" Alpha screamed in my ears. I just looked up at him. I haven't and won't talk. Ever since my family died I have been used as the weapon dummy, I'm worthless just like he said. ------- 'It's time to go to Alpha Zack's. We need to find me and possibly you guys a mate.' I mind-link everyone. I have searched every single pack. No one has my mate. The only one I haven't gone to is The Silver Moon pack. It's the only one left. I need to find my mate!
