When Melissa Baber found out she was pregnant at age fifteen, she didn't know where to turn. Her parents were so upset that she feared for her safety as well as her unborn child. The father, Jason Ryder was an up and coming MMA fighter. When she tried to tell him at one of his big matches, his manager, Tobias Franklin, informed her that he knew of her pregnancy. He also told her that Jason was on the fast track of being the best in the world and if she didn't want to ruin it for him, to go on and never tell him of it. Seth Whitman, a local boy who always had a crush on Melissa, found her spinning around on the merry-go-around at the park, crying and distraught. When he coaxed it out of her, he did not hesitate to tell her that he would take care of her and the baby. Together, they moved with his family and Melissa gave birth to twins, one boy, one girl. Not a week after she had the kids, Seth slapped her across the face. Thinking nothing of it other than a hard day at work, Melissa let it go. Over the next fifteen years, Seth smacked her around a lot more. When finally gathering the courage to leave her abusive husband, she goes home to her parents. Running into Jason was bound to happen but when it did, she was still taken by surprise. She informed him that she had been in an abusive relationship since she left and that when she would be confronted by her husband, it was not going to be a pretty sight. Jason immediately said that he would protect her from the oncoming fight that she was about to have. He also wanted to delve into and see if he had another chance with her but how will he react when he finds out that he's been a father for nearly sixteen years and she's kept it from him. Can these two look past everything that happened in the past and move on? Together?

[Edited Version] “You ever think about letting your hair loose?” Ashton asked, his breath kissing Amor’s neck as they waltzed. “My hair’s fine,” Amor snapped in annoyance. Ashton chuckled. “That’s not what I meant.” His hands slowly hiked up the hem of her dress and her breath caught. “What are you doing?” She uneasily glanced around at the dancing couples. “Giving a new meaning to dirty dancing,” he replied quietly. And he entered her. [Cover by @zarawhite]
