With a lot of patience and courage, she left home to establish a library in a small western town. The excitement and adventure she imagined soon met an ugly reality. Caroline Grace (CG) settled in a rundown town of Busted Gulch as the newspaper editor. Life and love came her way and she soon forgot her past. All this changed when her informer Leo Write was discovered left for dead by the railway tracks. Her past had come back to haunt her but the question everyone wanted an answer to was "Who was she?" This is an ensemble of my contributions to @lyttlejoe's Busted Gulch where until recently I was the newbie writer, in this time-proven, wild west soap opera that's comprised some eleven volumes and still going strong. I joined the writing team somewhere in volume eight, after an initial struggle to develop and involve my characters, my contribution is now some forty chapters spread across four volumes, a few of these are collaborations. I feel it is now time to publish them in their own right. but must point out that there is no intention of going solo. There will be very little published that hasn't been previously published via Busted Gulch, other than one or two stories, that may not have been accepted for publication, There will be some editing due to my personal preference or were the original was subject to change by our editor ensuring its aligned with the PG rating and/or a good fit, with G's historical and the evolution of others stories.

This Ballad ghost Tale is set in the old west and will send a shiver down your spine. A tale of Mystery Murder and cold blooded revenge. And the strangest part of this tale is It is based on a true story.

Bella Fray is one of the newest additions to Busted Gulch, traveling 3500 miles just to get away from her ex husband. She has recently taken up poetry as a way to get her thoughts out and on paper.
