Castiel is mentally ill but dont ask him about it he already knows. Dean Winchester is a good for nothing dropout, but dont tell him his father does it already. Sams tall now okay? Its puberty guys get over it. What Castiel doesnt know is that hes destined to be happy with a boy he never thought he could be. What Dean never imagined was laying on top of a carousel and listening to Bowie and never wanting to leave ever again. What Sam didnt know was that he would fall in love with the devil before 18. Not everyone sits well on that. Though most importantly Castiel does not know Dean Winchester. And Dean Winchester does not know him. But its like hes seen him a million times before and memorized those eyes in a thousand different ways. Theyre both reaching for the other but barely grazing eachothers fingertips. Both on either sides of the universe, but are always seeming to touch. Castiel wonders if hes seen Dean somewhere before. Maybe its just his name y'know. Maybe its how he acts. Just like James Dean.

We will go through the moments where he meets this one patient, Castiel Novak, who has been suffering from this since birth; and happens to carry one of the worst cases known to this disorder: Autism.
