Love was always something I wanted to feel. I hadn't yet experience the one thing that can bring so much joy and pain to a person. I wanted the good part of love. The part people mention. Love that feels welcoming, warm and soft. The one that makes your heart skip a beat, or beat faster. The first time I looked into his eyes my heart stopped for a split second. When I looked closer into them it began palpitating faster. Fear or love? It was all unknown.
