The soft patter of feet sounded down the hallway. Leo peered through the bleak darkness, attempting to find the keyhole in which the small, rusty key in his hand fitted. He stuck it in the hole and turned the key stiffly. The chest creaked open slowely and a cloud of dust floated lightly into the air, making Leo cough and splutter. He shifted through the contents of the chest until he found what he was looking for. A photograph. He brushed off the dirt to reveal the picture. It was of a boy. A boy identical to Leo. At the back of the photo, there was a small scratched signature. He lifted his candle up to the writing, and he could only barely make out what it said. The Forgotten Prince. (Thankyou for at least looking at this book and considering it for your reading list! I try to update every Monday or earlier :))
