Hi I'm Klick, and I live in the streets. I guess you can calm me a street kid or a homeless kid but it doesn't really matter to me. Words are words and Im just trying to make it past another day. I have a twin sister Amethyst, she's probably the smartest person I know. We once found a broken Rubix Cube and she fixed it and solved it in less then 15 minutes. That may not sound like much but I know if she really had the right education she would probably be scholar. But that's no the point the point is our birthday is today and it's just going all wrong. A few hours earlier I wanted to give her something nice since she's always getting me out of trouble. I decided on trying to pick-pocket her something beautiful so I started to head towards Michigan Avenue. Once I got there I managed to swipe 30 dollars but that wasn't enough to buy her a really thoughtful gift. Thats when I saw this very elegant looking lady with contents spilling out of her purse. I ran over to 'help' her clean it all up but snuck a few things in my pocket and ran away to the BlackHawks store. I went into the closest bathroom stall and examined what I had. Two pens, some linty mints, and a shimmering amethyst necklace. I knew that this would be the best gift I could give her and I just couldn't wait to show her. I ran to our meeting spot which was 'The Bean' and waited there for about three hours and she didn't show up. I started pacing back and forth and I didn't realize how suspicious it looked when a guy in all black was slowing coming closer and staring at me. Oh God...I knew that guy! He was standing with the lady I stole from. he was with her and...and...h-he has a gun. I run as fast as my legs will carry me but soon enough I get found in an alley. Just then Amethyst comes around the corner and hits the guy so hard with a brick that he passed out in a mater of seconds she told me to run so I did and hid behind a barrel. Then suddenly the guy got up,pulled out then loaded the gun...
