Due to the incident ten years ago Blake is now a Daywalker ( a Daywalker is when a woman who is already pregnant gets bitten by a Vampire and by some weird phenomenon the fetus becomes a Vampire as well but thanks to the mother's genes is able walk during the day which is why they are called 'Daywalkers') But she is misunderstood. Ever since her parents died she now waits for foolish campers to come into her territory at midnight,and drinks their blood in order to live. But what happens when her and a boy named Eric will meet? Will she spare him? Or will he join the rest of her victims? Either way both of their lives are going to change
