Raven Englewood, better known as Toxic Oxygen, lives on her own in an abandoned valley town gracing the desert surrounding Battery City. You may think she's a Killjoy, and so does she. But her uncontrollable stubborn personality makes it impossible to join the official ranks of the Killjoys, leaving her to scavenge the desert for supplies and kill Draculoids (Dracs) as she sees fit.
