Since that day, they drift farther and farther apart. The lost their trust for each other. More Dipper, rather than Mabel, who now trusts no one. They arrive to finish the rest of their high school career, but something pulls them back into the adventures of the Mystery Twins and the Journals. But an unwelcome friend arrives and stirs up some trouble. "Y'know I can get her to like you. I just need something from you." "It's not like last time, is it?" "Never! I learned my lesson." It's been three years since Dipper and Mabel spent the summer in Gravity Falls, and things haven't been the same. Gideon's out of prison, and he's out to win Mabel's love, and exact his revenge on Dipper. He's teaming up with Pacifica, who wants revenge on Dipper for bringing shame to her family, and Robbie, who wants revenge on Dipper for ruining his relationship with Wendy. Also, Mermando's a human, and Dipper and Wendy's friendship is starting to feel a bit awkward. So...yeah. Things are pretty crazy. (This is the first story in the "Gravity Falls: Three Years Later" series.)
