Ash and Pikachu along with Cilan, and Iris travel together to a new region where Ash runs into a lot of old friends and rivals. Ash finds himself learning more, but this time its not just Pokemon he's learning it is about his own heart he learns about.

Marina or Rin (her nickname) is traveling to be a Pokemon master and somehow by traveling in unknown and ancient ruins she ends up in the One Piece world. Rin is not even your typical trainer, one of her ancestors was a Ninetales who lived well past the normal life span of 1,000 years, thus giving her unique powers and unusual looks that her family inherited. So now in a unfamiliar world Rin causes chaos along her travel and even meets very powerful people.
