Depression is stupid. Depression is my enemy. Depression should die. Depression is not a joke. Depression is not asking for attention. I'm getting lost, help me. Help me out of this hell.

Not for people who get triggered by things like depression, self harm, or suicidal thoughts or actions.

This book is dedicated to those people who are self-harming, depressed and/or having Suicidal thoughts Just remember that your not alone and that I know it's not easy But if you need someone to talk to, you can talk to me I know I am a stranger to you but I've been through a lot and possibly been through the same things as you and if you need to talk to someone you can talk to me, don't be afraid to send me a message If you decide to message me we can talk things out and maybe help each other in this situation Does that sound good? Age 10 : Dear Diary , I've grown to like him . He's all I think about . I can get him out of my head . Im only in fifth grade . Why am I feeling these emotions? Age 15 : Dear Diary , I've come to realize that , those feelings I had for him in fifth grade are called love . He's still on my mind daily . I now call him my "bestfriend" because I have no chance what so ever of being his girlfriend . Age 20 : Dear Diary , He's still my bestfriend . Thats all he remained. After all these year of me loving him , he's just my bestfriend. He gets his heart broken trying to find love . But he fails to realize , that love is right infront of him .
