But now that he's returned there's the problem of convincing him to going to the brethren court and fighting against the company. And Jack is considering to leave Maria behind and becoming the captain of the Flying Dutchman. Will Jack go to the court or will be become a coward and run? Will he choose immortality or Maria?

Now with Jack's debt to Jones and the East India Trading company trying to control the seas threatening their lives Maria must join Jack, Will, and Elizabeth once again to fight against two evil forces this time. After a couple of events Maria feels her heart softening towards Jack. Will she fall back in love with him or keep her heart hardened? And will Jones succeed and kill the crew of the Pearl or will the company get to them first?
