She smirked, tapping the table with perfectly manicured fingernails. "Prove what?" I quirked an eyebrow. "Prove that popularity isn't hard. Become popular over senior year and maintain that popularity until we graduate." She smirked, raising her hand to shake. I paused, eyeing her hand while weighing the pros and cons in my head. I knew there was no point to it, though. Monica set a challenge, and I never back down from a challenge.
