Valeria is teenage girl who, like many other teenagers, struggles with her body image but finds herself keeping her sluggish lifestyle. Raised with fattening foods and confident family members she doesn't see a problem in her body image until she begins to notice tiny details that occur throughout her normal day. She meets someone who might be a blessing or a curse to her health, but it's all oblivious decisions she's making and might not realize what she's doing that can lead to deadly outcomes.

This is based on a true story about a young girl battling an eating disorder. The book follows her journey as she gets worse and worse and the illness takes over her as a person. If you're reading this and have or do suffer from an eating disorder, I hope you recover and don't take a turn for the worst.
