Stuck in the monotonous, dull humdrum of daily life Rowan, an apathetic high school senior, longs for excitement to brighten her dreary gray existence. It is then that she meets Glyn in her dreams, a colorful entity that gives Rowan the power to control her dream land as she sees fit. Soon Rowan develops an insatiable thirst for her newfound dreamscape and resorts to narcotics, forcing herself into slumber to escape the real world, but little does she know her actions will cause a cataclysm to ensue and result in discord.
