It's been ten years since Dan was left as a single father and his fifteen year old son Percy still has no idea why he doesn't remember his Papa. Dan raised the younger boy alone, shielding him from love and telling him never to get attached, but Percy can't help but fall in love with the new girl in school and as hard as it is for both of them, Dan knows it's time to tell his son about his own tragic relationship and how his heart was broken. Through tears, memories and some old words of wisdom, Dan finally allows himself to recall exactly what happened between himself and his first and only love, Phil.

"I can't even think straight. For your own sake, just let me walk away." "But.. I need you. Please, please, stay." The third and final instalment in the 'ASL?' series. I highly recommend you read 'ASL?' and 'Dear Diary' before reading this.
