After getting out of prison she decided to turn her life around. She had always been naturally smart with almost a perfect photographic memory. So she changed her name to Allison Cameron and went to medical school. She passed rather quickly and worked her way up to studying under the best diagnostician in the world, Dr. House. She worked at Princeton Plainsboro as an immunologist. She worked for him for some time but again found no luck in finding her happiness. So she changed her name back to Emma Swan and worked as a bails bonds person. Now Emma lives in Storybrooke with her boyfriend Killian Jones and her son Henry. When everyone decides to go looking for an object to help defeat the latest villain they end up in Princeton New Jersey. What happens when their car crashes and everyone ends up in Princeton Plainsboro Hospital.
