Book 2 Everyone knew the story of the Boy Who Lived. But many weren't familiar with the story of the Girl Who Knitted. Eleanor Ross knitted her way to victory, her knitted garments protected those who fought against the Dark Lord and his followers, and to think it all started with a prank. Back in their fifth year of Hogwarts, Fred and George Weasley attempted to unleash one of their pranks on the unsuspecting Hufflepuff, and when it failed, they were determined to figure out how Eleanor deflected every single one of their attempts. They discovered so much more. George discovered that knitting posed an actual threat. Fred discovered that behind the innocent knitting was a fearless badger ready to fight. Eleanor discovered that she fell in love with a boy who smelled like gunpowder and cinnamon. The war might have been over, but the adventure was far from it. To say that Oliver Wood had a slight obsession with Quidditch was an understatement. It was borderline unhealthy. He loved the sport, but he hated losing. While he hated losing to any team, there was one team he hated losing to the most. Surprisingly enough, it was the Ravenclaw team. But it wasn't for reasons that many would suspect, it was because of who played on the Ravenclaw team. Melanie Anderson has been playing for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team as Chaser since her second year. What started off as friendly competition turned into rivalry as she and Oliver Wood made it their sole mission to have their teams beat each other every year. Oliver wants to win for the sake of winning, but Melanie wants to win just to see the frustrated look on Oliver's face because it's just so damn cute. Plus, who wouldn't want to hear the sexy Scottish voice curse their name?

BOOK THREE OF THE GOLDSTREAK TRILOGY I knew more of our teammates would be there. I wasn't sure if I was ready to face them. Of course they knew what happened, it would be hard not to; neither Bruce nor Tony would keep that kind of thing from the team, especially not if they were worried about me. But I couldn't help but feel sort of ashamed. Fear was gnawing at me. I mean, what if this was just a sign that I would lose the rest of my powers? I could go from a hero to a normal person in a matter of an instant. >>> In a strange twist of events, Megan has just lost half of her powers. It's a struggle for her to come to grips with, and though she's terrified of becoming completely powerless, Pietro is determined to be there for her and help her every step of the way. Meanwhile, Thor has returned with news of an incoming battle . . . Heimdall has seen a tear in the realms, and it does not bode well for Midgard. [a marvel au - universe 717]

Not all scars are visible. Not all pain is physical. Perhaps what we can't see is what hurts us the most. Rowan Norson was your typical witch. She went to Hogwarts, was sorted into Ravenclaw, and had a considerable amount of friends. At least, she was until the accident. Bitten, they said. A miracle that she's here, they said. Lucky she is, they said. So if she was so lucky, then why did it all go wrong? Friends left, rumors were made, bully's came. Abanded when she needed them the most. With no friends and a horrible reputation, Rowan felt alone. Until one day, he came. He came, with the small smiles and shy looks. He came. He was friendly, he was kind. He didn't join in their laughter, didn't say mean things. He stood up for her, was her friend. But, like everything else in her life, it was bound to go horribly wrong.

Tiombe Hennings was shy. Tiombe Hennings was quiet. Tiombe Hennings was timid, unnoticeable, a perfect wallflower. The dark-skinned girl with midnight black hair was a master in the art of blending in. To everyone, she was nothing more than a person, just another background student at Hogwarts. To everyone, that is, except for Sirius Black. Sirius Black. With luscious dark locks and a cocky smirk, the boy had it all. Good looks, good grades, good friends, a reputation as one of Hogwarts greatest pranksters, the boy even had a legion of fans that tried to follow him around on a daily basis. With that charming smile and bad-boy personality, he could get any girl or boy for that matter to fall in love with him. By no means was he a play-boy. Oh no. A ladies man, a flirt, yes, but not a play-boy. When asked why he doesn't just pick a person to date, his only reply is, "I'm waiting for someone that's interesting." Who this person is, no one knows. So far, this mysterious person hasn't showed up, until now. Tiombe Hennings was smart. Sorted into Ravenclaw, this came as no surprise. She was smart, but for the life of her she couldn't figure out why now, in the middle of third year, did the famous troublemaker and prankster Sirius Black suddenly start to take an interest in her. After all, they had gone to school for three years together now, why did he suddenly start to notice her? All credit goes to J. K. Rowling. I own nothing except the plot and characters/settings that I make up.
