The team preaches a new direction, but the same motives added to a more "direct" and violent approach. It searches for objects it's lost and powerful members who've fled; all the while planning a destructive and unstoppable endgame, eventually crossing paths with Riley. The new trainer sees Team Plasma's vile actions and builds up a hatred for it, becoming determined to stop them whenever they meet while continuing THE JOURNEY OF A CHAMPION. Then, there is Preston a third year like herself, who is an incredible trainer and has a strong bond with his pokemon. A teacher tells them, they are the last of the protectors and must gather the six orbs created by Mew before they fall in the wrong hands.
