The day Dean Winchester met Castiel Novak was the day he breathed life into him; literally. When Castiel pulls an unconscious Dean out of the ocean, Castiel literally breathes life into Dean. From that day on, Dean can't seem to understand what it is about Castiel Novak that has him hooked.
