This is a therapy book for the Sherlockians. (Anyone can read it, but it's designed for Sherlockians.) This book is designed to help with Post-Reichenbach feels, until Season 3 comes. There's some other stuff in here as well, but the point of it is just to have fun all while correcting your Post-Reichenbach feels!
