Danny has just escaped the GiW and they are right on his tail, he decides to take refuge in a car in an abandoned parking lot. Little does he know, the car he is currently bleeding out in is a giant twenty-four-foot-tall mech from outer space who is now very concerned for Danny's health. Or Smokescreen just wanted to go for a late-night drive, he didn't expect to adopt a human along the way.

Danny happened to save a metal cat from a fight with Cujo and now ever since then all of these mini robots keep showing up in his town and spying on him (not very secretively). Now he's got to deal with six mini-mechs and their overprotective twenty-two-foot-tall caretaker... What has his afterlife come to? Or: After a routine scouting mission leaves one of the mini-cons injured, they end up getting help from an unusual source. Since that day, the small cassettes have been obsessed with this human who stared them down and for some reason, took it upon himself to try and help. Maybe Soundwave has room for one more mini-con in his ranks after all.

There is a half-ghost haunting a Decepticon warship, and there are plenty of adventures to be had! Let's see what shenanigans these guys can get into. Basically, it's a fic where you get to read about all the mini-stories of what happened behind the scenes throughout and after the events of 'Haunting the Nemesis', as well as some alternate scenarios and even some alternate universes!
