Inspired by the song, "All I Want" by Kodaline. Kate had never been on her own for so long before. The last of her group had fallen, and she had scarcely made it out alive, but she had always been hopeful, finding a way to be positive about anything. When Daryl and Aaron find her and bring her into Alexandria, she seems to blend in seamlessly. But how can you be hopeful and positive while you watch your entire world fall apart before your eyes?

The world is overpopulated and the government responds in an unconventional way. Send children on a life or death journey where death is the most likely outcome. When a killer takes advantage of the system the question everyone asks: How do you notice the murders when people are always dying?
