Cancer?AIDS? or spinocerebellar ataxia(the disease that attacked the girl in "1 litre of tears",if you konow the drama) for the sake of epicness? I want to see the progress of Shizuo and Izaya after they found out about his disease until his death. You know,the enemy-turns-friends-turns-lover with lots of angst cause Izaya gets weaker and weaker every day.
