He asked him Tyler got down on one knee "Will you marry me?" Tyler is Josh's best friend and they do everything together, they practically are separated Brother's Josh means everything to Tyler. But Tyler has a secret... he wants Josh to be his husband, but he has to have enough time to tell him so he fakes lung cancer . But then one day Tyler collapses in during their date and has to rushed to the hospital. The doctors say that Tyler has stage two lung cancer... but he really doesn't. So Josh immediately rushes to the hospital to be told that he only has a month to live which give Tyler enough time to find josh a ring. Will Josh find out the truth before Tyler proposes or will he'll be surprised?
