Imagine having two dimensions: Earth and Faelo, home to what stories call demons. Pale, bright colored skin, neon cat-slit eyes, variously lengthened pointy ears, and enlarged incisors and canines. Not one you would want to get in a fight with. Especially the ones with magic. But humans have found an advantage: Crae Water, a poisonous substance to the Faelons. And Faelons have an advantage over humans: Typical Magic. Though humans have alchemists and the occasional 'super power', they are considerably weaker, especially since Crae Water is only found in the Breshin Mountains, high above Halsten Port. Which is where our story takes place. Typically, you would think humans and Faelons would stay apart. But what if a child, with a parent from each world, existed? What if her life was a lie? What if everything she knew was about to be pulled away, just as she was getting it down?
