Parker Rose Evans is a 9 year old orphan from Maryland. She has to live with her Aunt Margret, Uncle Fred, and Cousin Jamie in California, an hour away from LA. The thing about her relatives is that they don't like her and make her do everything around the house. They go to a Fall Out Boy concert and it ends up with Parker being saved by her favorite band.
