After Godzilla defeated Armegaddon, Godzilla went through another regeneration process and came out with a drastic change. He has not only grown larger but has also became a woman. Adaptive to her new drastic change, Godzilla drove the remaining humans out of the planet, banished deep into space. Allied with the Exifs and the Bilasaludo, the humans led by a former inventor and con artist Oscar Diggs began to return to Earth, not only to find the drastic change on the planet but also a horrifying discovery of a long forgotten Mecha. Earth is in peril. After the nefarious monster Armagaddon has easily wiped out the Earths monsters, no one is safe from the reign of the bloodthirsty beast. But luckily for the world, Godzilla has returned and he has regenerated but the world will not give him a minutes rest, especially with Armagaddon on the loose. And luckily for Godzilla, he has helped from an old ally and an unlikely friend. Can Godzilla stop Armagaddon and save the world or will this really be the end? The cryogs returns to Earth in another attempt to destroy the planet. Commander J'onah has unleashed a hellstorm of his forces to the planet. Godzilla is trying his best to stop them but the cryogs new monster, Nemesis may too much for him. But Godzilla has Mothra, Rodan, Robot Daughter and Varan to help him defend the planet along with the humans, his friends and the galactic police for assistance. But will that be enough to stop the cryogs? The battle for the planet is on!

The cryogs has returned to make another attempt to take over Earth. They brought back King Ghidorah, Gigan, Monster X and Mechagodzilla in order to do so. The humans luckily have the Earth monsters to help defend their planet but it won't be easy. Especially Ford has to answer for the damage Godzilla has done in the past. Tension arose and Rodan is getting fed up with Godzilla for all his freedom stuff. So he challenged his best friend to mortal combat to the death. 1 year since the reign of the Emperor, peace has returned. Monster island now has two new attractions, Anguirus, a radioactive Anklosaurus and Titanosaurus, an aquatic dinosaur with a fan-like fin strong enough to create strong winds. Peace seems to last until an evil soceress, an old enemy of Steiner, has sent Spacegodzilla, Destoroyah and several evil monsters to destroy Earth. Monster island, a military base and tourist attraction dwells Godzilla, Rodan, Kumonga and two new kaijus, Cera, a gigantic triceratops and Judas, a giant great white shark 15 times the size of a sperm whale where they are stalled in case they are needed. But peace never seems to last. Mothra, a divine moth and goddess of infant island sensed a great disturbance and she flew to monster island to warn the monsters about the threat. In space, The emperor, an evil alien with a never ending hunger for power, targeted planet Earth to conquer next. Although the humans have the Earth monsters to help them, but will it be enough to stop the empire?
