One night an unexpected visitor visits his house, they dont tell him much except for the fact the Voldemorts daughter is alive and likes to follow in her father's footsteps and that he cannot do it alone. So Draco goes in search of the brightest witch of their generation; Hermione Granger. When she reluctantly agrees to help him, they set off. Along the way Hermione learns that Draco Malfoy isn't the same as he was in school and Draco learns of Hermione's mysterious missing year.
