If you want a cute, lovely story all about a happy family then find another story. Because this is NOT it. Five teenagers, two uncaring caregivers, one roof. Throw in weird and crazy antics and maybe some spilled blood and you have a story to tell. It’s all for laughs really, but some of the things they get up to are unthinkable... WARNING: Foul language is involved, this can make you clutch your sides laughing as you gape like a goldfish and you may get annoyed with all of the A/Ns.

"Aaahhh!!! Ik ga dood! Maar ik ben nog te jong om te sterven!" De tranen liepen over mijn wangen terwijl ik in mijn complete paniekaanval me stevig vastklemde aan Nathaniel terwijl rode, oranje en gele vlammen zich plagend om mijn gezicht heen bewogen en mijn gezicht en lichaam ondragelijk warm maakten. De bomaanval was voorbij, maar het hele dorp stond nu wel in de fik en zelf was ik ook gevangen in mijn eigen huis-met Nathaniel!-bedacht ik me met een schok en ik liet hem meteen los, alleen maar om hem daarna nog twee keer zo stevig vast te pakken, bang voor het vuur dat ons insloot. Overweldigend door het eindeloze vuur en de herinnering voelde ik hoe alles om me heen zwart werd en met mijn door de vlammen en de rook aangetaste hersenen vroeg ik nog aan niemand in het bijzonder een laatste ding: "Waarom is het vuur weg? Heeft iemand het gedooft?" En ik hoorde daaropnog een laatste diepe, mannelijke grinnik voordat ik volledig het bewustzijn verloor en ik in de diepte en frisheid van het zwart viel dat me verwelkomde als een oude vriend.

In een land hier ver vandaan, was iedereen altijd gelukkig. Istyria was een koninkrijk waar iedereen gelukkig was. Tot hun geliefde koning plotseling op mysterieuze wijze stierf en zijn zoon, de rechtmatige troonopvolger, spoorloos verdween.
