In this book I will write about my personal experience with both bullying amd depression. I am proud to say that I no longer suffer from both but I wamt to help others by guiding them through how I fell in the dark well of depression and how I eventually climed out of it. I hope this will help people realise that they aren't alone. (All the names used in this story aren't the names of the real people just to protect their identity.)
