Reilly Weber is just any sassy teenager in high school. She's weird, quirky, and fun, without caring what anyone else thinks. She has one best friend, who just happens to be probably the most 'Super Obsessed' teenage girl in the entirety of Fall City. But when she goes on a class field trip and the bus goes haywire, they are saved by the one and only Titanium Force, Fall City's most loved superhero. What Reilly wasn't expecting was for a high-rating super villain to escape from prison, and head straight towards Fall City. Of course, adding that to the many things in Reilly's life that don't make sense isn't turning out to be as fun as she expected.

There in those city lights, there was no her and there was no him. There was just everything and nothing and the spaces in between, like flickering lights against a never-ending, black sky. There in those city lights, there was no love and there was no hate. There was just listening and talking and understanding every single thing, like the 'ready, stop, go' of car-chasers and dream-makers. There in those city lights, there was no sadness and there was no happiness. There was just candid smiles and wasted tears and bottom lips chewed off, like the overflowing boulevard of things unseen. There in those city lights, there was no lady and there was no man. There was just a boy and a girl, who promised to fall in love, not with each other, but in those city lights. Charlie had it harder than most of the kids of her age, more than once. Changed from one foster home to another, finally, she manages to escape the system but it's only for a brief moment, she's sent back to hell. Again, she's introduced to a new family; The Harris. With the always so serious police officer Mr. Harris and oh-so-perfect blondie Mrs. Harris, and of course, let us not forget their handsome quarterback son; Dean Harris. Forced to coexist in the same house with the prick that keeps calling you a smurf sure sounds like fun. A humorous story about how all stereotypes can go f*** themselves.
