There have been a lot of rants around Wattpad lately. I decided I didn't want to rant, I wanted to give authors advice. Advice on what they should avoid when it comes to writing, connecting with fans and haters, and just about everything else. I'm hoping that this advice is good enough so that you stop feeling like these rants apply to you. Well that's what I'm hoping. If you're looking for advice with writing and other stuff, well, you've found it!

Characters can be hard to know sometimes. They're people too-- so how can I get to know them? --by spending time with them, duh! Welcome to the Character Café. The Character Café is a collection of short stories (or multiple short stories that follow a singular plotline) dedicated to fleshing out my characters. Look at it this way-- you get to be an active part of the character design and progression! Come join in on the fun, and get to know my characters along with me!

The story follows the main character Elizabeth Bennet as she deals with issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education, and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of early 19th-century England. Elizabeth is the second of five daughters of a country gentleman living near the fictional town of Meryton in Hertfordshire, near London.

The meadow was alive; insect life began to prepare for the end of warm weather, and the plants enjoyed themselves before the cold that was sure to come. The tall grasses swayed to the gentle gale that blew across the sunny land, whistling quietly. A dandelion in the meadow awoke to the sun, streaching it's petals open in the warmth. It wouldn't be long, now. It would have to make seed and usher it's young ones to go out and grow. But until then- it would bask happily in the sun... ----- I claim no creative rights over the original dandelion picture used in the cover above.
