A thief has broken into the Shinsengumi's headquarters. After having successfully stolen and hidden away her precious target, she has to escape. But that's where everything is about to go wrong.

A young woman whose only alias at first is Ayamei finds her way into association with the Shinsengumi. Her full name and origin unknown, she lends her aid to the Shinsengumi in hopes that they will accept her in due time. ((Note: Ayamei P.O.V. and Normal P.O.V. mean the same thing. Some chapters were written with a long time gap between them so I forgot which I used. Both indicate that the story is currently being told in my OC's (Ayamei's) Point Of View (P.O.V.).
