It was said that Dark guilds from different parts of Earthland has targeted Fiore for their next attack. Since Fiore is well-known for all the best and powerful mages, they decided to target the guilds to take the people on their list as recruits for their guild. People from Fiore are scared and they pleaded the kingdom to ensure their safety. Meetings were held and the Council has decided that all Masters from different guild will have to attend. As Makarov returned, he break the news to Fairy Tail that every guild should give representatives to help battle out the Dark guilds and save all the wizards in Fiore. Will their plan work?
