After Aaron and Aphmau's wedding, Garroth falls into depression with anxiety and panic attacks, later diagnosed with anorexia. Kawaii~chan gives them the task of diaries to help Garroth out. The two best friends started their new diaries on the same day, but when they secretly read each other's they discover a new bond forming between them, one stronger than the brotherly love they had developed before. But love is never easy, and Laurance still has to accept his inner shadow knight, and the fact that he's neither dead nor alive. Garroth needs to work out how he can protect his "little Laurance" through his own mental disorders. As Garroth wrote, how can I protect the one I love when I can't even protect myself from my own feelings? But as Laurance wrote in his diary, how can love survive when your stutter King is kissing fire? It's a constant battle of happy and sad, good and evil, light and dark. Laurance and Garroth help each other as much as they can, but it's a race against time. Garroth has some good days, but he's falling deeper and deeper into his own dark mind. Laurance has been giving into his irregular emotions more and he doesn't know how much longer he can go before somebody gets hurt. Can every book really have a happy ending? Or is that only fantasy?
