Matthew was never one to have lots of friends, so when someone started talking to him he was a little surprised. He was even more surprised when he now suddenly is invited into the infamous group in school. However, they are not as bad as everyone said they would be, especially a certain albino. mainly Prucan but will have Spamano, Fruk, and Ameripan.

Matthew and Alfred are brothers, but polar opposites. While Alfred is incredibly loud, popular, and athletic, Matthew is a bit on the quieter, artistic side. Matthew has always found Alfred's friends obnoxiously annoying, but one day, during the "awesome trio's" usual hangout, Matthew finds himself engaging in conversation with Gilbert, realizing he's not as obnoxious as he assumed. Gilbert is a very spoiled prince who more then often gets his way. But when his father decides it is time to make the boy into a true prince, he travels far away to find the perfect tutor to handle the spoiled prince.

Matthew Williams, know as the miracle doctor, is one of the most famous doctors in the world. No, he does not own a tv show, he does not see people about their mental illnesses. He practices major surgeries and loves to save peoples lives. However he comes across one patient, that many doctors have given up on. Not because of his illness, his egotistical behaviour. Matthew isn't so sure on why these doctors have handed this strange patient, but even though it starts of with a rocky beginning, he grows a strong bond to a the patient. And everyone knows that does not end well.
