the story Torn is about a blind girl named Lucida Bright, who went to a mental hospital for setting her parents house on fire because she thought she was asleep and dreaming the whole time that this event was happening. the reason she is blind is because she stood too close to the burning house and made her eyes melt to the point where she had to get them stitched closed. but the problem with her is that she can't remember what she did. learn about her story as you read this thrill of a book that will leave you on the edge of your seat. (if you are reading the story. it is recommend that you listen to scary music in the background to give more depth to the story as you read this)
