As part of the event a panel of 6 top authors took part in the Once Upon A Deadline writing marathon - Part treasure hunt, part creative writing challenge, it was a thrilling experiment in real-time writing, shared live on Wattpad. It was a race against the clock to see who could post the the best short story in just 36 hours, using only their imaginations and what they encountered along 7 surprise writing stops in Notting Hill. Attendees at NIBFEST watched the action unfold in London, while readers on Wattpad also followed the stories live as the authors posted throughout the weekend.
