Paranoia - a mental disorder characterized by systematized delusions and the projection of personal conflicts, which are ascribed to the supposed hostility of others, sometimes progressing to disturbances of consciousness and aggressive acts believed to be performed in self-defense or as a mission. Hot, sweaty, and wandering the Zones, Paranoia Violence is discovered by the Fabulous Killjoys after being forced to leave her former group. They take her in and let her join their ranks, and she quickly becomes friends with the four of them. Along the way, she meets Dr. Death Defying, Show Pony, and Missile Kid. Life is good, considering they're all on the run from Better Living Industries, the wicked corporation trying to put all of the citizens of Battery City into a vegetative state. That is, until one trip with the guys goes horribly wrong. Missile Kid is taken to the city for God knows what reason, Paranoia's having conflicted emotions about her new leader, Party Poison, and when they try to rescue their young friend, everything goes haywire and Paranoia has a breakdown that none of them are prepared for. -REWRITTEN/EDIT THE ENTIRE STORY ON 7/24/17- Coughing, the smoke swirled in front of me as beams of black and white flashing lights raced across my vision, disappearing as quickly as they had appeared. My lungs ached as they tried to pull in clean oxygen, my eyes straining to see through the grey haze. Once the smoke dissipated some, I could see we had appeared in the middle of a road. It was cracked and full of potholes, the yellow lines coated with dirt and grime from over the years it seemed. Taking a better look around, it looked like a bomb had gone off and I was witnessing the remainders of a city.
